Are the crab spiders Xysticus species?

As a general quick rule, their front and second leg femurs are 'heavier' than the third and fourth legs. But Ozyptila species are similar.

i saw the title 'spider' and thought about just passing on the thread but NO I just had to click on it!!! Why, I asked myself? ... Why would i do such a thing?....#1 icky #2 (that sound you make when the hairs on the back of your neck start twinging But #3 ... That's cool!

As for your other Spider, these are so cool, right up my street Two weeks ago I took my son and family to Antalya airport Turkey, there was four of these machines waiting to be hired, I was very tempted

I don't think we could manage a meal this big, but I think they eat when and whatever they can

Come on Matthew..thanks for hearing my call from the distance...you'll get used to these bugs of David and others. I used to make comical remarks about them in my ignorance before and kept wondering why in the world people like David like to photograph them but hey to each his own...you should had seen the frogs they upload here too...they all have characters like the spiders...
