Nice additions.
I like the colours and the vibrance. But as I am (as always) thinking of a camera upgrade how much of the beauty of these shots come right out of your skills and the camera and how much due to your skills with camera and pp?![]()
Brian....thank you for looking and commenting........
Of course any camera which comes on the market is mostly a bit better, as the one before, but I read once " The Person who is behind a camera, makes the photo " this is not so say, that I am perfect, far from it, but I have for 4 years now the Fuji X100, which I still love BTW, and the working of the X-T1 is not so different from the X100, so I will say, I learned to use the Fuji X100
over the years, but the Fuji X100 has just a fixed lens.......
On the other hand I also have an Olympus E-M5 with several lenses, but I like Fuji cameras more, and at the moment I am consider to sell the Olympus.......
Regarding skills with pp, I only started about 4 months ago to delve a bit deeper into Lightroom 5.4, and I am not to good with it so far, I often have not the time and patience, and only do PP of a minimum anyway........
Griddi......
All beautiful shots, Griddi...
#1 -- I like this scene because it is a typical scene that can be found anywhere in the world during summer, Australia's ones being the most beautiful, people just dressed casually most times of the year. Truth to say, when I was back home recently, I was really admiring the way Aussies carries themselves so like it's nobody's business how they dressed, they are comfortable.
#2 -- is very colourful...
#3 - the shadows made this shot. Love it...
Hi Izzie.....thank you !!!!!!!
Yes, you are so right about the casual dressing style here, mostly the attitude is " no worries, who cares, she'll be right mate " etc.....
On the other hand I do not agree, and some restaurants either, if somebody turns up in thongs in a nice restaurant ........
Izzie....thank you again for your kind comment about the images, made me a bit confident, and made my day........
Take care,
Griddi.......
I was talking about this type of restaurant atmosphere, the casual ones...I have lived in Oz for quite sometime before I got married and just grew into the atmosphere of no worries what other people think how I dressed, but having lived here in the US, everytime I go for a visit, Aussie never fail to turn my head around because I am more aware perhaps. Love the weather too.
