This seems like a terrible invasion of the very lovely Isolo San Giorgio Magiore in Venice. IMO, the 11 meter pastel colored rendition of a pregnant woman has no place on this island. Luckly, it is an inflatible and, I hope, eventually will be removed...
However, while is there, it seems like 3-D grafitti to me.

I seem to recall it's part of the annual art festival and I think ( ? ) it depicts a piece of sculpture by a UK artist of a model who was affected by thalidomide .
