Hadn't heard of them until now. Just did a bit of googling - looks like they're "budget pricing".
Which one(s) were your considering?

Be careful, I've seen some CPL filters that are nothing but tinted glass.

I've got a couple of the ND filters (not graduated) that I use with my Lee filter system, or with studio flash. I've not had a problem with them, but I couldn't comment on any of the graduated or special effects filters.
