They are pretty flowers. It's a little bright for me and there are some halos in the top right. You are right. Bouquets are not easy, at all.
Here's a toned down version. I had the diffuser right there but was playing with the "summery" glow. Those halos were from the slight vignette that I added. Being slightly lazy, I edited them in iphoto, which, as per usual, they weren't there when I edited them. Is it better. (But, oops, I'm thinking, now, that I didn't recheck them outside of edit. Too late! I'm going to bed, now.)
Here's a safer version.
Flapdoodle! I think that iphoto really isn't saving what I did. (I have witnesses about this problem.) I'll rework them in Photoshop in the morning.
Okey dokey!
Agree.
Hi,
Still-life photography is a very complex one. I don't try to tell You about lighting. I call Paul Cezanne to tell You about... "and all" that means angles, equilibrium and proportions looking at His still-life:"The Blue Vase","Dahlias","Bouquet with Small Delft Vase".Below I try to show You what that could mean on Your shot.
Thanks, again, for the fresh feedback. I think that still life and bouquets are a bit trickier than one would think - kind of like Christmas trees. Radu, very nifty and good thinking "outside of the box"!
