Ethereal: The Ascent

I very rarely manage to get two images I'm reasonably happy with in one day.

This one is called The Ascent. I hid my Smoke Ninja smoke generator behind the vase and made it look like smoke is coming out of it. This one is far simpler than the previous one.

I really like that Manfred. The composition works well and the contrasting colour and texture of the ? flower ? looks terrific I think. I like the smoke too, another contrasting texture. Splendid shot.

Thanks David - this is definitely one of the stronger images in this series. The white on a black background are working well, especially when I add smoke.
