How did you get them into that perfect pose? Animals never do what I tell them and often just turn their rear ends towards me as soon as I pick up a camera.

I was quite close, avoided any sudden moves and they just sat there. I thought about borrowing your speech bubble and adding "Look dear, another curious tourist".

Maybe it was a variation of "bystander effect"?
