Technically, not a great shot. Used my point and shoot at 3200 iso but I love my little guy.

For a shot to be a keeper, IMO, it doesn't require technical perfection. What is required is to touch one's heart - and this image certainly does. Of course, I am partial to Jack Russel Terriers because of my, JRT Sasha...

BTW: I cloned Rocky's left eye and pasted it over his right eye and then darkened the paste with the BURN tool. I then ran NIK Dfine noise reduction at its global default setting...

Cute shot. He looks about as spoiled as ours.

Richard, as you say, it doesn't require technical perfection. So why bother to provide technical perfection with an edit? The shot is fine, the dog looks fine, the subject is "He likes his new blanket". Does it really need additional PP?

I'd still like to know how you folks here get those dogs to pose. My dog growls whenever she sees me with a camera.

I drug him.. No seriously, I have to wait until Rocky is really tired to get a shot like this.
Thanks for the nice comments and Richard, I do appreciate your edit.
