I really like your original image, but I had to try to see if I could exploit the radiating lines of the structure to draw the eye up to the dome on the top right.

I think that works really well Trev; it's certainly food for thought. I just like the red border and didn't want to lose too much of it, but the more I look at your crop, the more those leading lines work for me. Hmmmmmmmmmm............
