    But they are so happy! Look at those smiles. Pretty snazzy clothes for scarecrows, btw.

    Wonderful colours, Rob, and I like the blurred to white borders. I'm sure there's a name for that technique, but it evades me.

    They are in a local botanic garden and are made by local school-kids as part of a gardening project.

    It's normally just referred to as 'faded edge'. I thought you could do it in the Flickr edit, but I just checked and you can't. Did mine with a Photoshop script routine I have.
