Travis...I like the scene but I am confused about the bridge' colour. The colour looks woody but the texture looks like cemented...which is which? And like John, I noticed the noise underneath the bridge too. Maybe you should push back on the saturation a bit...

Very serene scene indeed
IMO the reds need reducing a bit and some noise reduction would be good for the image. If the image was mine I would also reduce the strength of the vignette a bit.

Before worrying about any slight noise, I would do something about that wire, or whatever it is going across the top.
Maybe clone or simply crop a little tighter?
Otherwise, it looks good to me.
