The Road to the Sleeping Giant II

I went back to shoot this scene at 4.30AM this morning and caught a beautiful sky with moon. I stood on the roof of my car to take this shot so that I could capture the fields over the hedges

It took me longer than usual to process the image and I'm still not 100% happy with it. There's a lot of CA which I'm struggling to remove.

But anyway work in progress I guess...

This one is so much nicer than the other one for me because the sky complements the land so well. As you continue to work with the post-processing, check out the blurring that is displayed near both sides of the pole where the sky is in the background.

    Thanks Mike.

I was comparing them earlier, and I agree I went a bit over the top on the sky in the first one.

Nice capture, might be worth it to try and remove the pole and line completely.

Nice shot, and I agree the pole needs to go. It has a touch of HDR feeling to me and a bit unnatural. I cannot exactly put my finger on it, maybe the colors or the PP.
