Nice captures and conversions.
Thanks for viewing John.
Very nice. I have to admit that while my knowledge of geography is pretty good for a North American, I had to google one of these to figure out where they are.
The Ardveck one looks a bit like parts of NW Iceland.
I do have one suggestion. I would consider cropping off a bit of the sky in the first two, especially the first. In the first, the horizon line is centered, and the top part of the sky is relatively featureless. I tried cropping it a bit, and it looked better to me.

Delighted you made it up there. Did you go out to Stoerhead Lighthouse?
Lovely pictures of the most wonderful and dramatic scenery.
The first two needs a bit of texturing of the sky in my opinion but I like image #3 for the rocks and water treatment plus the clouds; the last one for that thin structure that leads the leads the eyes to the top of the image...plus the clouds and the water and the rest of it. Beautiful place you've been...thanks for sharing with us what you see....
Nice series![]()
Nice shots Kaye, the firsts two are actually my favourites![]()
Thank you all for your comments and suggestions. I'll take another look at these later and also post some more.
Donald we didn't get any further than achmelvich beach, we went to Kirkaig falls and realised just how narrow the roads are, just a wee bit too much for our motorhome. Mind you we did chance a bridge near Crinan a couple of days ago when we perhaps should not have done!
Very nice set. I like #2 also.
One of the the world's more beautiful places. We went up past it a couple weeks ago in the boat that I had when I was up spreading Sheila's ashes. I'd never seen it from the sea before.
Yes, it does get a bit narrow on that road, doesn't it!
