This is the new Marlow Rowing Club,which cost approximately 2.5 million, and built on the site of the old club house destroyed by fire in August 2011.

Nice capture, I would have liked to see more of the bridge/pier to give more leading line towards the club.

I agree with john, maybe turning the camera to the left slightly so the tree on the right of the rowing club is on the edge of the frame and maybe moving slightly to your right as well would of shown more of the bridge leading the viewer into the rowing club, making it a more 3D perspective.
Saying that it is nice to have a story behind the photo, well done

At £2.5m in Marlow its a good thing they didn't have to buy the land as well.
