    dramatic sky

    I shot into the light.
    s.speed/125, f/14 ISO100 28mm.

i did minimal pp and cropping. Not sure what it needs but I feel the sky could be
yet more dramatic as I saw it.

Should I have used different settings?
    Is composition OK?
    Your cc is most appreciated.

    Nice capture.
your image needs some clockwise rotation, the composition is nice. I am a learner photographer and the people on this forum are very skilled and very helpful.

Thanks Colin, I just noticed that I have not rotated after straightening it.

Hi Irene, the long bush on the right side is a bit distracting, I like the clouds

Thanks for the reply Binnur, what should i do about the bush? crop, clone? If it's the latter I don't think i'd be able to do that effectively but will definitely try. I'm very much a newbie at all this. I most appreciate the suggestions that help me see the "what & why" of needed corrections / improvements.

I'm going to comment only on one aspect of your post-processing so you can watch for the issue in future images: Notice that you brightened the sky in such a way that creates a halo effect around the foreground bushes on the right and around the distant treetops. That also happened to a less extent around the foreground bushes on the left.

IMO cropping the image doesn't help, because you lose a big and important part of the image if you crop. I would try to clone it and if it doesn't work I would be more careful about framing the photo in the future shots

Thank you Mike for pointing that out. I will go back and work on that as well.
