Another nice image VaezMay I ask which software you use for PP ? This image might look much better with some PP.
thanks binnur
i use with light roome
do you have better suggestions?
Hi Vaez, I did some quick edit to your image in ACR , if you don't like it , let me know, I will remove it. As far as I know ACR is same as Lightroom. So you can edit your images to your taste. For this image I applied strong contrast, increased clarity and vibrance, played with the HSL sliders to my taste, cloned the tiny posts, cropped and sharpened. It was really a quick edit, so if you spend some time thinking on your image I'm sure you can do much better then I did
Vaez for the crop above I didn't want the rocks to compete with the mountains, so, I cropped the image from bottom. If you want to put emphasis more on the rocks, then it is better leave the rocks as in the original and crop the sky just from the upper end of the white big cloud. So, as you can see , there are many edit options for an image. If you have lightroom, just play with your images and upload here for comments. This is the way to improve. Good luck(BTW I'm learning in the same way too

Nicely captured.
...And I think this is the main point about this image, Vaez. You have so beautiful mountais, with nice light on them and a great blue sky as a background, but the ruins/rocks in the foreground are competing for the viewer's attention!
If mine, I would even consider cropping more aggressive to eliminate the foreground, making it almost a panorama (some clones would be needed, though). With the original file size, you can probably do a better edit, but the quick edit below can give you an ilustration of what I had in mind (please let me know if you want me to remove it from your thread). It is, indeed, a beautiful scene! Regards,

Nice recording.
Vaez,
Consider Otavio's comment that the foreground competes with the beautiful mountains whereas the title of your thread indicates that you wanted the foreground, not the mountains, to be the subject. The way to be more successful at making that happen is to ensure that your subject fills the frame. There are other ways to draw the viewer's attention to the subject but if you make a point at least for now of filling the frame with the subject, that will be a great start.
Hi Vaez, I find the Otavio's edit much better than mine although it doesn't contain the ruins of the village. Lovely mountains indeed. I agree with Mike that crowded compositions make things difficult. It is better to shoot what your main subject is![]()
To me, the original version is good and I prefer it to the other suggestions, especially given that the village is the the main subject and the most interesting part of the story. If it were mine I would consider pointing the camera down a bit to get more village and less sky and also consider a slight application of the clarity slider but I was not there to see the actual scene. The desired final result has to be subjective to a large extent.
Hi, Binnur. This was just a quick edit. As I mentioned to Vaez, with the bigger original file, a better edit would come out, as there would be far more pixels to improve the edit result.
I only used the clone tool. I use both PS and GIMP sofwares, but I think many image editing softwares will have a similar tool (cloning). Here, I first used a bigger radius clone tool to remove the threes and then, with a smaller radius and magnifying the specific area of the image I tried to "smooth" the edit marks. Still it is not good but one have to play with it, listening to some nice music and with a lot of patience to, eventually, get there.
Note: Of course, this edit is out of the "Village" context. The only intention was to show Vaez that the mountains are the subject the pops most in the image. One way to better drive the attention to the village would be what Mike suggested (fill the frame with it). Thanks.
hi otavio
ttttttttttttanks for edit its very beautiful id like learn good pp the same of you
can you send for me pic with your edit with email vaez50@yahoo.com

Hi Vaez, there is no need to e-mail you the edited photos. Just right click on the photo you want and save it to your computer, it is easy![]()
Yes, no need to email at all, Vaez. Just do as Binnur described above. Anyway, if you want to email me your original image file (not the reduced version displayed here), I can try to do a better edit job on it and email you back. Please send me a private message if you want so and I will give you my email adress. Kindest regards,
