I have a Dell U2713H and an Eizo CG277 - they both use the same panel made by LG Displays. The Eizo is clearly better, but the Dell is really very good and excellent value for money.
If you don't need the 27" monitor then the U2413 would be an excellent choice if you need a wide-gamut display (near Adobe RGB). However, there's no point in wide-gamut unless your whole workflow is color-managed (well, it's worse than no point!), in which case the U2412M would be an excellent choice at an excellent price.
