Helpful Posts: I took this through my kitchen window. Both the cardinal and the bunny were trying to get the last out of the feeding tray.
Usually they have a squirrel for company as well, but he seemed to be MIA.
I have tried for weeks to get a decent picture of them - but when I open the door, they skedaddle.
This time I tried through the window. This is the best of the 5 shots I took.

I guess you get what you get and you should be happy with that...for now. You will have more chances, just keep filling up the feeding bowl until you get better ones. Don't give up...yet.

Izzie, so sorry to correct you - Don't ever give up.Don't give up...yet.
With this image, I am reminded of "A Peaceable Kingdom". Nicely thought. Feed them enough, and closer to the house each time and after a while, they will not be so skittery.
