Sunrise over Perth...

Been awhile since I put anything up so here is one I took last week when I had a few days off and managed to get into the city.

Gorgeous image, Karl. I'm sure you'll like it even more if you get rid of the black thing in the lower left corner. Also consider cropping to eliminate the sliver of the building on the left side.

I wondered about that! When I saw the title I thought - but it was too cloudy as I looked out over Perth this morning as I drove past on my way to Dundee. And our Perth doesn't have a skyline like that.

Perth, Scotland - A not very good one from a couple of years back. (It's interesting how we move on and, hopefully, improve. I wouldn't even process this one nowadays)

We visited Perth in Scotland back in 2011 and I wish I had more time there to explore but we really only had the afternoon - one day I will get back there.

Thanks - it was on a tripod F10 @ 1sec ISO 100 with minor PP in LR4.

I was actually trying for a bit of a 'blue hour' look but the colours spoilt that idea
