it's appropriate, unless you can think of some witty outcome that could occur later.

Now that would make a good title, "Duck". But then you'd have to explain the title, "I know it's not a duck".

It would seem as though a quick tutorial on swan behavior is called for...they are very territorial in nature, more so than are geese which some country folks used as farm guards. See what some public park ponds use to keep ducks out of the ponds...swan decoys.

    Swan Flying

Doesn't take the locals long to realize that it's a fake.
Point being is, you were intruding in his personal space and destruction was in his eyes.

Thanks for looking all and the suggestions for a title. He does look like he's preparing for take off, but in fact he was just doing that run along the water thing, they do before taking off, to get across the river quickly. He along with many other swans, ducks, geese and gulls were racing across the river because someone near me was feeding ducks. He does looks like he's got murder in his eyes chauncy, but fortunately it wasn't directed at me. Perhaps "Murder in His Eyes" would be a suitable title.
    kind regards

How about "majesty in motion" for the title as that is what you have captured

Nice shot. I like how you caught him with his wings open. Looks like he's ready for a fight to protect his home.
