Sergio, I am captivated by this image in black and white and I think that your processing is great (although I am not an expert either). I think that Kaye nailed it when she referred to the improved detail and it just seems more ethereal to me without the distraction of the color.

Shane, thank you. I'm very glad you like it. I also find myself preferring the B&W version.

Converting it was enjoyable and I learned a lot. I have a long way to go, but I'll keep working at it.
