    Lines and glass

I was in Dallas last week with high hopes of capturing something really nice. Well, with 105+ temps I was just not in the mood to walk around sweating on everything around me. I did get one that is OK but not what I was looking for. The lines in this one is what caught my eye.

    C&C most appreciated.

It might just be me but I envisage a number of different crops in this shot.

Jon, I like this image. I just came across a word that I think applies to your image: extract. An extract is a picture of a concrete object framed abstractly. I think you did a nice job with this image. I also agree with Randy that there's multiple other images in this image. But I like the one you selected.

Better that you endure that heat than me.

Agreed, Jon. It's a keeper but not one of your best.

Randy, you are correct, this is just one crop of the original but there are bound to be some more.

Thanks Karm. I think I like the term "extract".

Mike, I totally agree with you, but it was the best of the day. The rest of my shots from the week in the heat were mostly just family shots, nothing of interest to anybody but me
