Helpful Posts: We had a few days at the beach this week at Mooloolaba which is about a 100Km north of Brisbane on the Sunshine Coast. There were some interesting rocks across the road from where we stayed so I spent a fair bit of time there around sunrise and sunset with the Canon. Here are a few shots, comments welcome.

All are worthy keepers but my favorite by far is the first one. Everything comes together exceptionally nicely in that one. Consider cropping the last one to eliminate about two-thirds of the sky.

Thanks for your comments Bruce Mike and Grahame. Mike I had a look at the crop you suggested and came to the conclusion that losing about half the blue section of sky worked best for me. It gave more emphasis to the leading lines of the rocks.
