    Macro flowers!

Took these pictures with Canon 100mm f/2.8L IS USM. I love Macro photography and still got a lot to learn. I would also like to get those focus rails when I do get the opportunity. Meantime though, request your comments and suggestions. Thank you.

Try different angles, Also The light is a bit harsh. Are you using a flash (External/Onboard)? if your out doors its always been better for me to use natural light. I have the same lens but the very 1st model, non IS version. its a great lens, it can aslo be used for portraitures. what are you shooting with in regards to a camera body>?

My latest work, it's sorta macro/portrait. But opposed to what I said about natural light. I used a canon speedlite 430 ex ii, with a low setting and high f/stop.

Hi Clarence, excellent pic that. I was using a Flash on 60D. Should have avoided but light was low. I like the way you processed this image. I have PSE 9 and PSPX4. Can I accomplish this effect? Thanks.
