    Dawn Fishers

    As the title implies, these photos were taken under low light conditions. On this particular day, though, there was a large bank of cloud in the east that kept the light subdued well into the morning. If you think the colours are a bit strange, well, that's how they were.

    I like these. Good compositions. I think #4 needs a clockwise rotation to level up the shoreline.

    Thanks Donald. I know this low-light style is not to everyone's taste, but I enjoy it. Rather than B&W I think of it as 'Black with a bit of Colour'.

    Regarding the far horizon: I agree it looks like it needs straightening, I am not so sure. The coastline is a large bay that curves away into the distance. When viewed on location it seems to slope upwards. Either that or my multi-focals are screwing with my brain...
