Thanks Mary. No they were not butterflies or dragonflies. Just a group of very small white and black insects. Don't know what they are. Image is heavily cropped to give them some size.

This is very creative and unique. It's unlike anything I've seen before; very artistic and abstract almost. I like it a lot.

Hi Mark, I found these insects swarming at the edge of a lake I like to fish. I shot down on them. A lot of the "noise" is simply the bottom of the lake. The rest is an artifact of how I adjusted the background. I am happy that you like the image.
