Hello, Bud. Very nice image. If, mine, I would only consider cropping about 5-10% of the right side and brightening the Mallard's head area a little.
But it is a great image the way it is. Cheers...

Cool shot with the ripples adding that bit of additional interest.
His pose is great too - quite majestic.
Yes the head area needs a bit of brightening.
