Just a pair of wee beasties engaging in synchronized inquisitiveness. Maybe it could be introduced into their show trials as a new competition? Doubt it though. They seem pretty stupid animals with a low attention span.

Many here where we have lots of ironstone red dust are that colour, especially in the early morning sun light which favours reds and yellows in reflected light.
