Harbor seems remarkably calm, I don't believe the harbor patrol would be permitting boat traffic, and what of the tourists admiring the statue of liberty?

At almost the base of the statue, the red/copper/brown colors don't match with the sunlight.

The water is rather low in view of tidal surge reports?

The sun looks pretty low for it to be that bright (I assume that is what the bright spot just above the trees is), and when I check with The Photographer's Ephemeris, is completey in the wrong place. The lighting looks all wrong for the cloud cover, period.

Reminds me of a certain movie. Who can call it?

"Gozer the Traveler. He will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldrini, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him: that of a giant Slor! Many Shuvs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Slor that day, I can tell you!"
