    Wow. Been trying this sort of thing, its not easy. This is truly wonderful. Tubes? Tripod? Macro or plain flash?

    Maybe fractionally tighter, but I wouldn't crop too tight - except for identification purposes.

    Probably a Green Shieldbug (Palomena prasina) but I would need to see other angles to be certain.

    thanks everybody for yor comments,Victor,I used tubes,cannon macro 100mmIS L f2/8 lens.mirror lock up,remote shutter control,tripod,and some flash.Geoff,I think it is a green shieldbug.I will put a couple more on.thanks again.
