    I would suggest a female or juvenile male Common Darter, Sympetrum striolatum, dragonfly family. It should have brown legs with a yellow stripe, which I can't see clearly from that angle.

    Always difficult to photograph as they keep moving. Often easier early in the morning when the air is a bit cooler.

    I was trying to photograph one of these laying eggs recently but only had one keeper from many shutter clicks.
