    Monitor Lizard

We’d stopped for lunch beside a river. We saw this young lizard poking his head out of the rocks to look at us before hiding again. After several attempts I eventually managed to get this image.

Your Lizard has just made a lightning trip to England, and gone back home with a make-over.

    Monitor Lizard

What can be done with a tiny jpg image is very limited, and a bit coarse, but I hope you can still see the drift of enhancements that could be made if you wanted to.

Making lighter changed the expression of the lizzard. The closer crop is ok but I like the original better myself.

To me it looks like the rock has blown-out highlights in this edit, but the lizard is fabulous!

Maybe somewhere between the two versions. I prefer the sky in the original.
