    Niagara Falls

I went down to Niagara Falls the a few days ago for the first time. Its certainly impressive the first time you see it. Unfortunately, it was harder to photograph than I expected because of the mist coming off the falls and also because it is obviously difficult to get close. Anyway, here is what I came up with. C&C welcome; the thing I like most about photography is getting better at it!

I like the dreamy look of the last one and would like it even more, I think, if much of the sky were cropped.

I strongly recommend that you post larger photos because I think you'll get a lot more reactions to them than when posting these small files.

Here are larger files. Didn't realize that flickr had automatically shrunken them.

Great shots. Both are well composed and sharp. #1 & 2 really shows the scope of the scene for someone who hasn't been there. Thanks for sharing Nate.

    I do like your B & W interpretation.

There is a dust bunny just in from the left-hand side at just about half-way. Knock that out and, I think, you have a very good image.
