..... dead brilliant.
(Sorry folks, only those of a Scottish disposition might recognise the phrase 'Pure dead brilliant')
I like it a lot; merging whites and shadows with crazed noise. What can I say.
Thanks Donald and Steve.
The artistry continues !!
Nicely done Sharon.
Dave
Awww...thank you Dave.
Usually, Sharon, getting shadow in a still life shot means incorrect lighting and a reshoot. But, once again, you have broken the rules - and it really works well.
About half-an-inch in from the left there's a vertical line that cuts across the tips of the leaves on the left and goes up and into an arch shape just adjacent to the topmost leaf. Is it the remnants of mask or something like that? It's faint, but there's a definite tone shift on either side of a very straight vertical line there.
Thanks Geoff...am a rebel I am! lol
Donald, I think i see it ...will attempt to fix but am back in the hands of the Medicos tonmmorow
is it worth me fixing or re-shooting ?
Not a mask.

Nicely done Sharon. I think I see what Donald is laking about and if I tilt my screen it is easier seen. That line seems to be the edge of a light color shift, nearly the whole upper right side is just a shade pinkish, starting just at the top edge of the shadows going up. Not a difficult fix, and likely happened somewhere in PP. No reshoot required.
Thanks Paul.
I don't think it is in the PP...but the original shot..
Will revisit. xx
Thanks a lot Andy.
