Your Green Boa looks a lot like our Green Tree Python from Cape York, beautiful snake (great shots too). The Horned Python
is indeed a master of camouflage. We have a Death Adder like this which is small and waits quietly to snare it prey. This one is a quality shot and needs to be looked at at a good size to see it in detail. Well done.

Just about every day I go down to the snake pit to see if there is any action. Sometimes I don't even see a single snake, but at other times, up to thirty can be swimming around catching fish. Today I saw six of them, with rather much action, but no catch. This fellow is waiting patiently below a small waterfall, and if there's a fish falling in front of him, he's lightning fast to catch it.
