Nikon D700 unfocused

I have a Nikon D700 and am having trouble focusing on all the lenses I use.
Even doing manual focus not have achieved success.
Does anyone know how to micro focus adjustment in the D700?
Can anyone teach me to do?
I really appreciate anyone who can help me.

Welcome to the forums. A bit more detail about yourself is always appreciated. It's that sort of a place.

The first thing that springs to mind is, have you adjusted the dioptre in the viewfinder properly?

I don't have a D700 but I'm sure someone will know what the problem is.

Yes I set the diopter and I think I did correctly.
I have managed to focus not only for very precise manual mode, but also in the AF. The focus is not on the point that I chose.
The problem of lack of a more precise diopter adjustment would be more evident in the manual focus and not when I use the AF'm not correct?

Jorge, out of interest, what lenses are you using? And is the camera new or secondhand?

The Camera is new I am the first owner. I bought it at B & H
Lenses that are using a 70/200 mm VR 2.8 / 50mm 1.8 and 24 mm 2.8. All lenses are original NIKON.

It would be a very rare thing for it to be a problem straight out of the box, so...

Can you talk us through your autofocus settings Jorge? They are the same as on my D300s so I'll go along with you.

Hi Jorge,

I am wondering how you are judging poor/wrong focus? (I assume by viewing on a computer screen at 100% (or 1:1))
Is it a RAW or jpg you are viewing?
Is it really a focus error - in other words, a different part of the image, to what you thought you focused on, is sharper.
Can you see which focus point(s) were used (you should be able to in Nikon's ViewNX2 software that is free.

How does this look right out of the camera. This was taken with a Nikon D60, 40mm macro, f/9, 1/60s, manual mode. When I focused in M mode everything looked fine, but when I switched to A mode and utilized the rangefinder, it stated that what should be focused was actually focused behind the subject. I get the same output in Autofocus mode, what should be focused is always in front of or behind the focus point.
