    Nice capture of someone full of life, her face seems a little soft to me, but other than that well done, im a bit of a B&W person and think this would work well converted to mono.

    I'd be tempted to brush over the face with a burning tool. The skin tone looks a bit over-exposed to me.

    I do like the spontaneous feel of it.

    I agree with Mark that her face does seem a bit soft -conpare with sleve, but you certainly caught the joy of ot all.

    Harmon, looks pretty good to me - agree with the focus slightly off. Is this photo cropped a lot? As far as the b&w suggestions this is purely a matter of taste, though I suspect the shirt tail will become a distraction if you try it.
