Pocketwizard, flexi ttl5 multiple flash question

Im just building up my lighting equipment and have ordered a second sb900, shoot thro brolly, tri mount flash head, boom arm, and pocket wizard flex, mini and ac3.

this will give me a single, relatively powerful, lite on a stick for portable use, similar to the one Colin keeps dropping!

if i join together 3 fully featured hotshoe extension cords so that one flex 5 is connected to all 3 sb900's will they act as one fully operational unit, with the same functions as having 3 individual units??? its a big saving and not quite so expensive when dropped!!
