    9-11 - Brother's Office, 10 years ago

My brother worked across the street from the WTC and made it out by 90 seconds after walking down 43 flights of stairs.
He has never been the same.
Retiring, suffering a stroke and questioning his failure to do more.

My sister-in-law worked in Tower one but was up the block in another office.
She lost 5 employees and attended 55 funerals.

There were a total of 12 buildings destroyed and several compromised.

The first picture is what was left of my Brothers office.
The second and third picture are of a building (just right of the flames) with what looks to be a small Dome on top and then it is laying on the Ground next to a 10 story building.

The last picture is very dramatic; it gets me how the innocent always get to suffer, from the World Trade Centre to more recently Beslan and Norway.

I just cannot comprehend the pain suffering and fear these victims had to endure.

It was a landmark building that got lost in the headlines of the Twin Towers.

This video according to the sidebar was released this year.

It is narrated by Tom Hanks and depicts the largest boat lift ever of 500,000 people in 9 hours off of Manhattan Island.
