    How does this taste...??? 'Want some food photo instead...I am hungry and I am not allowed to eat until after lunch or something..

    What part of the plant is this? Is it the shoot tip? A rhizome tip? If I saw this out of context, I would assume that it was artificial, some form of basketry.

    I find the sudden change in background at the right hand side very distracting.

    It is the blossom. A very slow growth blossom. It is about 3 weeks old now and will still be changing in about 4 or 5 months from now. I could soften it up a bit on the right side. I am however pleased that you apparently don't find my cut and paste obvious.
