These are from a Wednesday shoot with my new Canon 7D with 70-200mm f/4L IS lens. Single 550EX flash with off-camera bracket; bounced onto the ceiling and modified with a Joe Demb Flash Diffuser Pro.

I think that she looks younger in her street make-up and older and more sophisticated in the heavier style make-up. Either way, she is a lovely young lady.

Both reveal her to be a most attractive young lady. I prefer the first image as I find the background on image 2 to be a little distracting. On an entirely picky note, I think you'd have removed another very minor distraction by removing the mole at bottom left in the second image.

For me, in the first photo, the model just doesn't look lifelike while the second appears very relaxed and totally natural. It is amazing how different make up styles can totally affect the result.

I don't think it would be flattering to the model to remove the mole, now if she were to voluntarily use makeup that would be different, but the mole, whether she finds it appealing or not is a part of her character.
