    Spring has sprung.....er...I hope!

Having the 6th wettest month of March on record has offered little ops for getting out, however it is doing wonders for the plant life. Here is a quick shot I made at 8am while on the way to work. Bring on the summer....I am done with the cold!

    Gorgeous blossom.

Looks really good when clicked on to see it in the lightbox - with the darker background

It does look really, really gorgeous in the lightbox! It has that lush, rained on look, too. Uff da! It practically gives me a heart attack from longing - it looks surreal. (It's about 50/50 bare ground vs. snow, here, at this point.)

Nice shot Paul, hopefully the rain will settle down and you'll be in for a nice sunny spring and summer

We can hope Rachel, however the standing joke here in Seattle is the rain will not stop until July 5th. I will just have to hope for some breaks between now and then.

This photo is remarkable! It is a center of piece, it also shows how nature is so beautiful. The white from the tree pops out so my attentioned focused mostly on the tree. One thing i would of wanted would be for the colors to more vibrant. Overall i really admire this photo and hope to see more similar.

Last time I was there was May of last year and the weather was perfect, so there's some optimism for you!

    Thanks Mary.

Rachel, Yes April, may and june usually have a few days that remind a person why one lives here. This year though it has been worse than normal. I am looking forward to the summer days.
