Resizing an image to fit the uploading requirements can certainly cause some loss of quality. There is a bit of noise in the top left corner which could have been made worse by processing to conform to a reduced size.
Either way, I would be tempted to try to blur that area slightly more.
Otherwise I think it is an excellent photo.
