lizard
This is a little skink lizard, about 4 inches long. Found him scuttling around in back room and so 'liberated' him outside onto a rock garden, before the dogs got him. ( Two Jack Russells, so enough said.) Tried for an eye level shot. But an old guy like me getting into the prone position is not easy, and not a pretty sight either!

Re: lizard
Seems like you and me on line Ken,
I like the textures and colours of of the rocks in this and the skink is nicely sharp. Just wondering if a panoramic style crop with say 20% off the bottom and 10% off the top might help to accentaute our little friend and also remove some of the out of focus rocks that are not adding that much to the composition

Good thought, thank you. Will go and try a crop as you suggested. Ta
