Hi and welcome to CiC,
We tend to us first names in posts so if you look in My Profile you can include your first name under Real Name and it will show up on the left here.
That is one really nice sky and I would like to have seen more of it. The deck in the front to does not add much interest so less deck and more sky would make this a winner.

Hi Ron?
I think I can see why you have included the foreground, with the sun reflecting off the rail - it's just the sort of thing I might try too, but I think Peter is right, for what it brings, it isn't enough.
I would straighten the horizon - it needs a little bit of 'down on the left' (clockwise twist).
