I really like this shot. Its shiney...which is completely appropriate for a bowling alley The colors are nice and bright as well and your son looks like he is using all the telepathic powers he can muster to get the ball down the lane

Hi, Jiro! I've been not commenting, yet, because no one else had and that would let the photo go round and round and, then, more people could see it. It's fun to see the photos of your son. Photos of children are so fascinating to me. It's been really beautiful to see Ali's son, too, in the non square cropped portrait thread and to see how his portraiture skills are growing. Yes, it's like a fun kind of unofficial series that we can follow along.
Thanks, Katy. Taking picture of kids is both fun and work. You really have to wait for those unguarded moments to see the beauty in them. Thanks for viewing!
Jiro,
Pretty interesting, you really captured the kinetics of the game.
By the way, do you have any shot of the moment of the ball hiting the 'pines' (not sure of the English word )?
Well, I don't know much in photography, but I like that picture: I can 'feel' the intensity of his look on the ball !! Colors are so clean..
I'm afraid not. I was so interested in practicing how to shoot people in motion that I forgot to include that as well. Sorry. Probably when the weather heats up I'll see to it that I'll include that on our next bowling trip. By the way, they are called bowling pins. Thaks for viewing, Pohled.
