Depends on what story you want to tell. You've done a great job of creating a dark, moody, even gloomy atmosphere. If it were mine, I would prefer slightly brighter overall and a much less aggressive vignette, but it's all a matter of taste.

Nicely done. BW works well. Would also be inclined to to lighten the vignette as Dan suggests.

Basically I like it, but tend to agree with the others about those dark areas being a fraction too dark.
