    Nice shot and composition. Somewhat unfortunate lighting. Might be worth opening up the shadows in the petals a bit.

    White flowers in natural situations are always difficult, unless you have some lighting options to control the background. Sunshine can be an enemy causing over exposure problems.

    Natural looking real life flower portraits are often as complicated as people portraits. I get a lot of of disappointing rejects.

    We see this differently. I agree that the back light is bright on part of the flower and the rest is in shadow, but this range of luminosity is what appeals to me in the shot. I have others taken at the same time with more uniform light, but this is one I like the most.
