Very nice portrait, with effective lighting.

My only suggestions would be to crop from the to a little over the top of the chair and burn the bright wall around it so that it is not a distraction. It's brighter than much of her face, and the eye is drawn to contrast.

+1 to Dan's comment. While I was at it, I would also consider burning down that bright area on the right hand side of the chair back.

Overall a strong image, but taking care of those distractions would improve the impact of the image.

In fact I had already done both of those things (the wall was in full sun), but perhaps not enough...
