I find this shot interesting not just for what it shows, but for how it shifts perspective. It takes something ordinary — a chain-link fence, some leaves — and frames it in a way that emphasizes pattern, texture, and simplicity. That, to me, is the heart of photography: seeing differently.

In a way, isn’t that what all photographers are after? Whether it’s a grand landscape, a fleeting moment on the street, or something minimal like this, it’s all about revealing what others might pass by without a second glance. Each style offers its own unique perspective on the unseen.

    Thanks Daniel,
That chain link fence has been in my backyard for over 40 years. Yet that day, for some reason, I saw its potential for the first time. Perhaps, photography is finally opening my eyes or maybe it was just a good day. Time will tell.
